Healing is a gentle return to yourself.

My Approach

My coaching is designed for women recovering from high-control religious, family, or relational environments who are ready to rebuild self-trust and create lives rooted in freedom instead of fear.Together, we'll create a safe, collaborative space where your experiences are honored, your questions are welcomed, and your growth unfolds at a pace that feels sustainable.

Rather than trying to change everything at once, we'll focus on one meaningful step at a time. Each session builds on the last, creating steady momentum through practical tools, personalized guidance, and compassionate accountability. I'll challenge the patterns keeping you stuck while supporting you with empathy every step of the way.

This work is for you to reconnect with the wisdom that's already within you, reclaim your agency, and build a life that reflects who you are, not who you've been taught you should be.

WHY

Integrated Attachment Theory?

I chose IAT because it recognizes how deeply early experiences shape us. As children, we absorb messages from our families, communities, and authority figures that become our internal blueprint. When those environments are controlling or fear-based, those beliefs can continue influencing us long after we've left. Healing isn't about endlessly revisiting the past. Understanding where your patterns began creates compassion, but transformation happens when you consciously choose new beliefs and new experiences.

Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching and therapy can both play valuable roles in personal growth and healing, but they serve different purposes.

  • Diagnoses and treats mental health conditions

  • Help process trauma and difficult life experiences

  • Addresses emotional and psychological challenges

  • Supports mental health and emotional healing

Therapy

Coaching

  • Identifies subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and protective strategies that may be shaping your present

  • Applies practical tools and intentional strategies to rewire limiting subconscious beliefs and create new patterns

  • Identifies the underlying subconscious needs driving patterns and behaviors

  • Creates strategies that meet those needs in healthier, more intentional ways

  • Reverse-engineers your goals into a practical roadmap with clear steps to create meaningful shifts in your personal growth

How coaching and therapy can work together

Coaching and therapy can complement one another beautifully.

  • Therapy may provide support for emotional healing, trauma processing, and mental health treatment.

  • Coaching is action-oriented, helping you apply practical tools and strategies to shift subconscious patterns and create intentional change in your everyday life.

  • Together, they can support both healing from the past and creating a more intentional future.

Coaching is not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, please seek care from a qualified mental health professional.

What becomes possible

Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about releasing the fear, shame, and conditioning that have kept you disconnected from the person you already are. Together, we'll identify and rewire the hidden beliefs and patterns shaping your life, so you can make decisions without constantly seeking approval, set boundaries without overwhelming guilt, communicate your needs with confidence, and finally experience what it feels like to have your voice heard, your needs taken seriously, and your boundaries respected. With practical tools and intentional action, you'll move beyond simply understanding your patterns to creating meaningful, lasting change.
