ABOUT

For years, I searched for answers. I read the books, listened to the podcasts, and tried every mindset strategy I could find. I knew what I wanted to change, but no matter how much I understood intellectually, I kept finding myself back in the same patterns.

I couldn't understand why willpower was never enough.

At the time, I was healing from the effects of growing up in a narcissistic family system. I'd lost my faith, felt disconnected from myself, and watched life pass by wondering how to create something different. Then I discovered Integrated Attachment Theory. I'll admit, I was skeptical. I'd already invested so much time in approaches that promised lasting change but only offered temporary relief. What made IAT different was that it explained why I felt stuck. For the first time, I understood that my mind wasn't working against me. It was faithfully repeating beliefs and protective strategies it had learned years before and if those patterns could be learned, they could also be unlearned. That understanding changed everything. As I consistently applied the tools, I noticed real shifts.I spoke up for myself in situations that once left me frozen. Habits I'd accepted as "just who I am" began to fall away. Instead of waiting for my life to change, I started making choices that shaped it. The biggest transformation wasn't what happened around me, it was what happened within me. I no longer felt defined by my past or other people's expectations. I began trusting myself in ways I never had before, and that inner shift rippled into every part of my life. My relationships became healthier. My confidence grew. Most importantly, I experienced a kind of peace I hadn't known before. Finding this work felt like a second chance at life.

Today, it's an honor to help other women experience that same freedom. If there's one thing I hope every woman leaves with, it's this: You are not waiting to become someone worthy of the life you want.

You already are. Sometimes all it takes is the mirror to help you see it.
